New Crew owner promises fans he’s committed to winning in Columbus

He also promised to keep the team in Columbus even though he said he doesn’t plan to move here from his home in the San Francisco area. Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman said he likes what he has heard from Precourt so far, especially about keeping the team here. “I think he has a genuine commitment to the city,” Coleman said. “I’m looking forward to working with him to bring the Crew to the next level.” - Source Columbus Business First
